FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are some answers to questions you may have.

Returns: We will gladly accept the return of your purchase without charge if you

inform us within fourteen days of delivery.   

Packaging: Please take care when unpacking your rug, in case you need the

packaging for its return.

Packing: If the rug is very heavy, please ensure that there’s someone to help you

unpack it, or discuss this when you purchase it. Thanks.

Authenticity: The authenticity of the rug is as on the invoice. If you’re not happy,

simply tell uswithin fourteen days and we’ll collect it and refund your payment.

Refunds: Refund of your payment will be made to your bank immediately we receive

the rug back in the warehouse.

Delivery and collection: Delivery (and collection if required) is free of charge. 

Credit Facilities: Really sorry, we don’t offer credit facilities at this time. But our

prices make up for that!
